Water and electronics make for a very profitable combination. It is also becoming increasingly popular as circuit density and power output are increasing in electronic systems. Water is up to ten times more effective than air at dissipating heat from the source in electronic systems. ultraFLOW is a non-drip coupler with quality in every detail. This will practically eliminate the risk of leaks onto sensitive electronic equipment.
Low pressure drop reduces pump pressure
ultraFLOW is designed for optimum flow and has an exceptionally low pressure drop. The low pressure drop of ultraFLOW will minimize the overall system pressure. This will require a lower pump pressure that will save on both investment and running energy costs.

Guaranteed non-spill
The improved shut-off valve will guarantee spill-free connection and disconnection for many years of frequent or infrequent use. In liquid cooling applications, there are often long periods of time when the quick-connects are not engaged. This could be a critical challenge to the non-drip coupler’s performance. The improved shut-off valve in the new ultraFLOW, offers great performance even when there is a long time between uses.
Easier maintenance with spill-free quick couplings
Spill-free quick couplings facilitate maintenance when there is no need to drain the system for maintenance operations. Sections or parts of the system can easily be disconnected and removed for maintenance while maintaining circuit integrity and avoiding spilling of fluid in an environment with sensitive electronic equipment. Spill-free quick couplings are also preferred considering the operator safety and environmental aspects when using engineered fluids, ethylene glycol mixtures, or other toxic and possibly hazardous liquids. Emptying/refilling operations that require the trapped air to be evacuated are time-consuming. By using spill-free couplings, these operations are not even necessary.
