Introducing the First Metal/X-Ray-Detectable Plastic blow gun on the market- the 208 Detect- made from food grade plastic, reducing the risks of accidental contamination, product rejections, expensive recalls, and waste. Made from food-grade, detectable plastic, 208 Detect and in compliance with Reg. (EC) No 1935/2004 and FDA CFR 21.170-199.

The 208 Detect can be used in the F&B industry for a variety of compressed air applications, including where a blow gun is used in close proximity with food during production:

Stainless Steel Hose Reels Designed for Food Safety in F&B Washdown Applications

CEJN hose reels keep the food and beverage production environment clean and sanitized. Using hose reels enables a higher sanitary level as the hoses are rolled back into their cases after use, and thereby, minimizing the risk of having the washdown gun touch the floor. Workplace safety is also increased by preventing tripping hazards when hoses aren’t lying on the floor.

Washdown guns

CEJN Washdown guns is the ideal accessory for CEJN`s stainless steel hose reels. Washdown guns are suitable for hot water up to a working pressure of 24 bar (348 PSI) with an adjustable jet controlled by the trigger. Ergonomic construction, shockproof plastic, hand guard and an easily operated trigger are features that help making the washing operations less heavy. CEJN Washdown guns are available in brass or stainless steel for corrosive liquids. Fixed inlet or swivel inlet to simplify the washdown operations.
