Blind-mate no-spill couplings for thermal management
DLC is a specially designed liquid cooling product for use in industrial thermal management systems for data centers, power electronics, digital broadcasting/telecommunications equipment, medical equipment and radar equipment.
Designed for Direct Liquid Cooling
DLC is designed for thermal management applications that require an optimized product for spill-free connection and disconnection. Seals remain intact during connection and disconnection under pressure and within a temperature range of -40° to +80° Celsius (-40° to 176° Fahrenheit).
Special NBR compound increases performance
The special NBR compound for the seal, combined with unique product design, protects the sealing elements from damage, which otherwise is a common problem with standard solutions. It is also possible to connect and disconnect at pressures of up to 10 bar.
Spill-free & self-aligning
The product has a self-aligning feature to enable blind connection, where a combination of thread and panel versions is possible. The unique design protects the seal from damage during connection/disconnection under pressure, to guarantee a tight joint.
