All-in-one connection

The multi-plate solution is designed according to customer specification to facilitate tool change in metal pressing equipment. The multi-plate has integrated connections for power supply, signal cables, liquid cooling and compressed air to provide all necessary connections for metal pressing and welding operations. The multi-plate is designed to be integrated with the welding transformer and it docks automatically to enable fast and reliable connection. Any risk of cross-connection is eliminated.

The Solution

The multi-plate consists of 4 DLC DN5 auto-couplings in aluminum to provide liquid cooling, 4 DN5 auto-couplings for compressed air, 3 power connectors and 20 signal connectors. Guide pins help to align the connectors upon connection.
