UHP needle valves - Stainless steel range

Needle valves for increased safety and service life are available at 5 different pressures intervals. They are available in many different configurations, in a wide range of sizes and with NPT or UNF cone and thread connections. They are perfect for safely separating the process during commissioning, regular calibration, or maintenance.

Switch off the pressure with quick and easy-to-use needle valves

With needle valves, you are able to separate the process of hydraulic pressure to its instrument, i.e. pressure gauges, transmitters or switches, etc. When the valve has been closed, the instrument can be safely dismounted for services like recalibration or replacement. The blow-out proof bonnet design with the mechanical lock plate gives extra safety as it ensures no chance of loosening.

Non-rotating spindle tip for reduced wear on the sealing

The non-rotating spindle tip will reduce wear and damage on the sealing, giving a smooth operation and service life. 


Easy operational valve handle even at high pressures

No matter the pressure, the valve handle provides a good grip and is easy to work with. It only takes 5 turns for the valve to go from closed to fully open, giving fast response and good control.
