CEJN Identification System (CiS)
CiS is a tracking solution in which every hose kit is chipped and has an individual marking and traceability based on Near Field Communication technology. This means that you can check the technical data for the hose kit and can also view an updated history log: when the hose kit was first and most recently pressure-tested and when it is time to take it out of service.

Monitor your hoses quick and easy with the CiS app
Use the CiS tag to see your equipment's daily condition in a quick and easy way. To check hose assembly status, install software and/or download app. Place tag over either USB-driver, make sure software is started, or place the tag over the phone with app started. When the chip has been scanned all available data of the particular hose kit will be displayed.
Green indication - OK to use
Yellow indication - Pressure inspection before use
Red indication - Do NOT use, recycle the hose
Note - this technology cannot detect damages or other injuries on hose kit.

Based on NFC technology
Encrypted information about the hose set is stored on an electronic chip which is placed between the two layers of the plastic tag attached to the hose. There is no need for connection to a database. The tag is made of wear and tear resistant material and can be customised on request. QR code links to a user manual.

The CEJN High-Pressure Centers are located around the world for closer proximity to our markets and are all staffed by certified application experts. Each center features a hose crimping facility that assembles high-pressure hose kits to customer specifications. Every set is checked and measured before delivery for safety and performance to eliminate any risk of failure.
