Announcement: CEJN acquires all shares of UK based company Smartflow Couplings Ltd

It is with great excitement we announce that CEJN has acquired Smartflow Couplings Ltd, a UK-based company specialising in dry break couplings. “These products will be a great contribution to CEJN's already wide range of quick connect solutions for all types of media and applications”, says Marcus Allerbjer, CEO of CEJN Group.

To be a more complete supplier in fluid applications, CEJN has for a long period looked into acquiring a company with larger dry break couplings. Therefore, the acquisition of Smartflow Couplings Ltd aligned very well with that ambition and will strengthen CEJN's position further as the global premium provider of quick connect solutions. Their product range of dry break couplings, designed to improve the efficiency and safety of industrial fluid transfer systems, will be a great complement to the already wide range of CEJN products, enabling increasing customer demands to be fulfilled.

The Founder of Smartflow Couplings, Gary Thompson, has been appointed product manager and will support CEJN Group in the sales and marketing of this new product range. "This deal will see Smartflow merge from a small team of engineers with a great range of products, to part of a world-leading organisation with a truly global reach to new markets and applications”, says Thompson.
