The 209 is built on the success of its predecessor, possessing the same great benefits that have defined the landscape for professional blow guns: high blowing force, lightweight, ergonomic, robust design, and high precision flow control.
The new generation blow guns have integrated soft grip on the handle and the trigger, giving the user a steady and comfortable grip for overall improved ergonomics.
The 209 air and fluid guns are available in the classic blue color or hi-vis execution for increased visibility. As standard, the hi-vis version is equipped with safety nozzles compliant with the OSHA standards for static pressure when dead-ended and sound levels.
Designed for workplace ergonomics
The 2K molded soft grip is integrated with the blow gun body to provide a robust feel while giving the user a firm grip. Large parts of the blow gun handle and trigger are covered with a soft grip for a comfortable user experience for both left- and right-handed users and all grip positions.

Supreme flow performance is the result of a thoroughly tested internal design with minimal flow obstruction. The trigger spring force is carefully balanced for precise airflow control.
Flexible hanging options
The blow guns feature a conventional hook for horizontal (a) or vertical (b) hanging positions. It can be hung around a pipe or edge (c) up to 25 mm in diameter or with a tube insert (d). Another hanging option is the magnetic holder that is available as an accessory. The magnet can be attached to a wall or other solid surface.
Multiple grip positions
The intelligent design is based on results from extensive field testing and enables efficient and ergonomic use from any angle. It provides a comfortable grip for various tasks, including connection and disconnection.
Next-level safety with Hi-Vis and safety nozzles
The 209 blow gun is available in hi-vis color. As standard, the hi-vis version is equipped with OSHA-compliant safety nozzles. Safety nozzles redirect the air stream when dead-ended to avoid any risk of air embolism. They will also produce less noise to protect hearing. We always recommend using safety nozzles, but a large selection of specialized nozzles are available that provide specific benefits in certain situations. To stay safe while working with compressed air blowguns, always make sure you use a suitable nozzle for the work you are performing.
Work safely and efficiently using nozzles fit for the job
To work safely with CEJN's compressed air blow guns is mainly about choosing the proper nozzle for the job. There is a wide range of nozzles and many are safety nozzles that fulfill and exceed the OSHA requirements in terms of blowing force when dead-ended and noise levels. All CEJN blow guns can be fitted with safety nozzles and we always recommend using safety nozzles to maintain a high level of safety. Look for the 'OK' symbol for OSHA-compliant nozzles and the 'ear' symbol for nozzles with reduced noise according to EU Machine Directive §1.5.8.
