SafetyReel G2 cable reels
The CEJN SafetyReel G2 cable reels expand the SafetyReel range with larger models designed for longer cables. The retractable extension cord reels handle lengths up to 25 meters and are available in a 3-phase 16A version. With wall mounted installation, the SafetyReel G2 cable reels deliver long reach, durability, safety, and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

Longer reach
The SafetyReel G2 cable reel has a reach of up to 25 meters, making it ideal for applications requiring a longer reach.
3-phase for higher power (400V)
The cable reels are available in two versions: 1-phase but also 3-phase for 400V, for applications that require more power for maximum performance and reliability.
Overload protection
Built-in safety fuse that automatically cuts power if the reel overheats, preventing short circuits and ensuring safe operation.
Viscosity brake function
The SafetyReel G2 features our innovative, pending-patent Viscosity Brake. This braking system is designed with precision and delivers consistent, reliable performance while providing an unmatched operational lifespan.
Improved latch function
The new auto-stop function, with its short built-in locking points, allows the cable to lock instantly whenever you stop pulling, placing it exactly at the distance you need. With just a simple pull, the cable rolls up again.
Easy latch deactivation
Don’t want the cable to lock? The new SafetyReel makes the latch deactivation very easy. You simply remove the side cover and lift the latch to a non-active position, and you can just as easily activate the latch again.

Slow retraction for safety
Strong brakes control the spring force for safe and slowed down retraction.
Easy-to-install wall bracket
The cable reel is installed on a wall using the installation bracket. It can easily be fitted or removed from the bracket without using any tools.
Accurate cable guiding
The cable guiding ensures that the cable is securely rolled up in the casing without twists or kinks.
Stop ball that prevents tripping accidents
The more commonly used hard stop ball will roll away and be a risk of strain or tear injuries when stepped on. The soft stop ball of the SafetyReel will collapse to minimise the risk of injuries and tripping accidents.
Thermal cutoff switch
The thermal switch can easily be reset after a thermal cutoff.
