The SafetyReel G2 hose reel is available in three different hose lengths, with the longest measuring as much as 30 meters. This makes it ideal for applications where a longer reach with high flow is needed.

The SafetyReel G2 features our innovative, pending-patent Viscosity Brake. This braking system is designed with precision and delivers consistent, reliable performance while providing an unmatched operational lifespan.
Improved latch function
The new auto-stop function, with its short built-in locking points, allows the hose to lock instantly whenever you stop pulling, placing it exactly at the distance you need. With just a simple pull, the hose rolls up again.
Easy latch deactivation
Don’t want the hose to lock? The new SafetyReel makes latch deactivation very easy. Simply remove the side cover and lift the latch to a non-active position, and you can just as easily activate the latch again.

Strong brakes control the spring force for safe and slowed down retraction.
Easy-to-install wall bracket
The hose reel is installed on a wall using the installation bracket. It can easily be fitted or removed from the bracket without using any tools.
Accurate hose guiding
The hose guiding ensures that the hose is securely rolled up in the casing without twists or kinks for optimal flow and hose protection.
Stop ball that prevents tripping accidents
The more commonly used hard stop ball will roll away and be a risk of strain or tear injuries when stepped on. The soft stop ball of the SafetyReel will collapse to minimise the risk of injuries and tripping accidents.
Unrestricted flow saves energy
Smart internal design ensures high flow with minimum pressure drop to save energy and increase tool performance.

The CEJN SafetyReel G2 combines safety, durability, and flexibility in one reliable solution. Available with hoses in three lengths—20, 25, or 30 meters—you can select the option that best suits your application. The hose reel also comes in different hose colours: standard CEJN blue for a classic appearance or high-visibility green to maximise safety in industrial environments.
For optimal performance and efficiency, complete the setup with your preferred air and fluid guns, such as the 209 air and fluid gun, the multiFLOW air and fluid gun, or the 913 washdown gun.
