Introducing a new hose kit range for ultra high-pressure hydraulics
Different applications require different working equipment. Sometimes, however, there are standards. Even though hose kits are often customized, some applications require a more standard approach to hose kit lengths and working pressures. CEJN has taken a selection of thermoplastic, spiralized steel hydraulic hoses and combined them with couplings under a series of hose kit part numbers (19 952). Easier and quicker than ever before.
CEJN Ultra High-Pressure hoses for hydraulics have ultra-high working pressure with maintained flexibility. Their low volumetric expansion gives a fast response time in hydraulic systems while a smooth inner bore provides a minimized pressure drop. Now, the range has been extended with four new standard hose kits within the applications for 72MPa, 100MPa, 150MPa, and 180MPa:
- 72MPa is a resilience hose perfect within hydraulic jacking and bolting applications.
- 100MPa is the ideal choice when a little more pressure is required within hydraulic jacking and bolting applications.
- When a forceful application demands higher pressure in tight spaces, i.e. tensioning in wind power turbines, CEJN’s 150MPa hose is the solution to go for.
- The 180 MPa hose is the traditional choice for many tough and wearing jobs, for example within the marine segment.
