Thermal Control Products, ultraFLOW Couplings & Nipples
Series 288 ultraFLOW, DN5 Stainless steel
- Spill-free design (flat-face)
- Unequalled low pressure drop
- Can be used with deionized water (DI water)
- Colour coding option to eliminate cross connection
ultraFLOW is available for any type of fluid. The stainless steel versions of the ultraFLOW are especially suited for applications in corrosive environments or when deionized water or other aggressive fluids are used. The couplings are primarily used for liquid cooling solutions in data center applications, power electronics and equipment within the semiconductor manufacturing industry. It’s also used for liquid cooling within transportation, industry, renewable energy and broadcasting. ultraFLOW has extremely good pressure drop performance. The lower pressure drop will benefit the overall system performance. The total pressure drop of each coupling, hose, pipe and component adds up and is highly affecting the total energy efficiency of the cooling system. ultraFLOW will help reduce the overall pressure drop and increase energy efficiency. The flat-face design will guarantee no spill on connection or disconnection also in a system under pressure. This allows for hot swaps to avoid critical system downtime. The stainless steel version is suitable for any type of fluid, even deionized water, glycol mixtures, mineral or synthetic oils or dielectric fluids. The couplings are also suitable for two-phase liquid cooling solutions as they have shown equally good performance for both liquids and gas.
Applications: High-performance computing racks/switch blades, chassis manifolds, cold plate, rack CDU manifolds, GPU manifolds, LED equipment, fuel cells, graphic cards, theatre projectors, medical imaging equipment, IGBT’s, power converters, power inverters, rectifiers, industrial drives, semiconductor manufacturing equipment (chillers, scrubbers, lithography systems, wafer processing, metrology equipment) Are you looking for a different size or sealing?
