Overview

Premium performance blow gun with adjustable flow

CEJN’s MultiFLOW air and fluid gun effectively cleans surfaces with air or water with unparalleled blowing force. Precise flow is achieved by adjustable flow settings from a regulator conveniently placed on the blow gun handle. When fitted with any of the safety nozzles the blow gun meets and exceeds OSHA safety standards in terms of static pressure when dead-ended.

The MultiFLOW excels at tasks like dust removal, drying, or blowing off chips or shavings. When used with liquids the MultiFLOW efficiently performs most tasks for cleaning machinery or cooling components e.g. during welding.

Full control of the flow

The flow can be controlled conveniently from the wheel on the handle with a flow ranging from 200 to 1200 l/min for air or 5-25 l/min for fluids.

Integrated soft grip

The integrated soft grip provides a firm and comfortable grip and is resistant to solvents, oil and fluids.

High flow with compressed air or liquids

The MultiFLOW is designed for both compressed air and fluids and provides an exceptional flow for both. The adjustable beam nozzle is the ideal choice for liquids.

Anti-whip nipple

The integrated steel nipple/adapter vents downstream pressure when disconnecting, thereby reducing hose whip and noise that can cause operator injury.

Flexible hanging options

The blow guns feature a conventional hook for horizontal (a) or vertical (b) hanging positions. It can be hung around a pipe or edge (c) up to 25 mm in diameter or with a tube insert (d). Another hanging option is the magnetic holder that is available as an accessory. The magnet can be attached to a wall or other solid surface.

Multiple grip positions

The intelligent design is based on results from extensive field testing and enables efficient and ergonomic use from any angle. It provides a comfortable grip for various tasks, including connection and disconnection.

Safety first - Look out for these symbols

	The "OK" symbol indicates fulfillment of the safety requirements stated by OSHA when dead-ending occurs. Static pressure at the orifice will not exceed 2 bar (30 PSI).
	The "ear" symbol indicates a sound level below 85 dB(A) and fulfillment of requirements of the EU Machine Directive §1.5.8 concerning noise reduction demands.

Compliance with the above-listed directives is measured at 6 bar (87 PSI) inlet pressure.

Jet nozzle with precise beam adjustment

The adjustable jet nozzle allows you to fine-tune the flow pattern to meet your specific needs. You can seamlessly adjust the nozzle from a narrow jet to a wide beam. The nozzle can be used with both compressed air and fluids.

Equipping the MultiFLOW with the adjustable nozzle makes it an exceptionally versatile tool for various air and fluid applications.

Star-tip - The safety nozzle

The star-tip nozzle diverts the airflow when dead-ended, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards. Due to the lower sound level compared to alternative nozzles, it is an ideal option for everyday blow gun needs.

Straight nozzle for narrow spaces

The straight tube nozzle for air is ideal for a concentrated blowing force in narrow spaces.

Multi-purpose fluid nozzle

The adjustable fluid nozzle is designed specifically for fluids. Flow pattern can easily be adjusted from narrow jet to fine mist for watering. The plastic nozzle edges prevent damage on surfaces.
