The CEJN stainless steel hose reels are robust, efficient, and easy-to-use hose reels for water and compressed air. The reels are available in AISI 304 stainless steel and AISI316 acid-proof steel which make the reels highly resistant to corrosion and suitable for use in various environments both indoors and outdoors. With the food-approved PVC hose the reels can be used in close contact with food and beverages. The hose reel is also available with PVC-free rubber hose that is electrically conductive to avoid static buildup.

Whether it is for cleaning mud and debris off vehicles and machines in a maintenance hall or for washing down equipment in a food production line, the stainless steel hose reels are your ideal choice. High strength and corrosion resistance

The high-performing stainless steel alloys offer great tensile strength, durability, corrosion and oxidation resistance. With the AISI316 acid-proof stainless steel alloy, the reels are even more resistant to acid, alkalis and chloride-induced pitting. This make the AISI316 reels suitable for use in applications where salt or other powerful corrosives could be an issue.

The stainless steel reels allow operation with high temperature water. The max temperature of the AISI316 reel is 150°C (212°F) and the AISI304 version has a max temperature of 100°C (302°F).

Multiple installation options with flexible arm positioning

The arm can be adjusted in 5 different positions allowing for multiple installation options. Whether you install it on the floor, on the wall, or in the ceiling, the arm can easily be adjusted to an exact position towards the desired working area. With the hose arm in an optimal position towards the reel, the hose will move more freely and can be unwinded more easily.

Improved ergonomics with swing bracket

The optional swing bracket helps unwinding and retracting the hose when working at longer distance from the reel. The swing bracket will swing +/- 50° to straighten the angle towards the operator, making hose retraction and hose unwinding easier.

Automatic stop function

Once the hose is unwinded the auto-stop feature will stop the hose from retracting. A gentle pull on the hose will release the stop to wind the hose back onto the reel.
