Multi & Auto Products, Auto-Couplings Fluids

DN 25 (Series 864)

  • Minimizes downtime
  • For a wide variety of media
  • Non-Drip design

CEJN Fluid auto-couplings/blind-mate couplings are specially designed for industrial automation. When used as manufacturing connections, they can minimize costly downtimes due to repair-work or during mold and tool changes. CEJN Auto-Couplings built into manifolds allow fast, simultaneous connection and disconnection of an unlimited number of lines for a wide variety of media. The unique patented design enables the couplings to be connected/disconnected under full working pressure. The high performing couplings and nipples have a working pressure of up to 35 bar and their Flat-Face, Non-Drip design ensures leak-free performance. Series 864 is made of nickel-plated brass and is suitable for fluid / cooling applications such as tool changing systems on machine equipment. The 864 series has G 1 1/4” thread as standard, other connections are available on request. The standard configuration is designed to be assembled in a plate. Special models using different assembly options or other materials are available on request.

The Series is also available in five other sizes: Series 924, 944, 964, 974 and 984. Steel versions for hydraulic applications are available as series 915, 925, 945, 965, 975 and 985.
