The multi-purpose fluid coupling

Thermal management needs safe, easy and reliable quick connect couplings with high flow for an effective cooling process. The Non-Drip is an affordable non-drip modular coupling adaptable to virtually all applications, perfect for the liquid cooling of electronics.

Dry-break and leak-tight

The Non-drip are quick connect couplings and nipples that are designed for low-pressure fluid applications. The coupling’s dry-break feature is 100% functional and leak-tight tested during the production process to ensure a reliable coupling for liquid cooling.

 

Designed for all types of fluids

The affordable Non-Drip is available in two material versions, nickel-plated brass and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 316 version. It is ideal for connecting all types of fluid lines, whether your application involves cold or hot water, dielectric fluids, glycols, mineral or synthetic heat transfer oils. The quick disconnect is available in three configurations: double shut-off, single shut-off and straight through.

 

Features to avoid cross-connection

With a color ring in a specific color on matching couplers and nipples there is less risk for cross-connection that will potentially lead to mixing media or incorrect flow direction. Color coding is available as an option for the non-drip series. There is also key coding which makes it physically impossible to connect a coupling to other than the intended nipple. This is a useful feature in applications where there are several fluid lines and connections.
