CEJN Series 115 Couplings Come to the Rescue at Weber
CEJN has won a major contract to supply couplings to Weber Hydraulik GmbH of Losenstein, Austria. CEJN-Product GmbH in Troisdorf, Germany, is supplying Weber with CEJN Series 115 flat-face couplings for use on its high-pressure hydraulic equipment.
Since May, CEJN-Product GmbH in Troisdorf, Germany, has been supplying Weber with CEJN Series 115 flat-face couplings for use on Weber high-pressure hydraulic equipment, such as spreaders and cutters. These rescue devices are used by such organizations as rescue brigades and teams and civil defense and police forces to provide escape routes for trapped people.
The lightweight design of Series 115 couplings, which includes an aluminum back part, is ideal for hydraulic lines on Weber hand-held tools that need to be light in weight and easy to operate in order to be effective.
The total weight of the coupling and nipple of Series 115 couplings is 240 grams.
Several additional characteristics of CEJN 115 couplings help make Weber rescue equipment reliable, including:
Small diameter—Less than 30 mm in diameter Clean—Non-drip disconnection Easy to use—One-hand to connect Powerful—Maximum 80 MPa working pressure Safe—Automatic safety function eliminates
