All CEJN High-Pressure Hydraulic couplings and nipples are designed with a non-drip interface to minimized fluid spillage and air inclusion during connection and disconnection. Dust caps are a standard feature to protect the hydraulic systems from dirt and debris.

CEJN High-Pressure hoses for hydraulics are spiralized steel reinforced polymer that has ultra-high working pressure with maintained flexibility. The small outside diameter makes the hose ideal for tight routing. All types can be supplied ready assembled and factory tested in the required length.

CEJN Pressure Gauges range comprises of both bottom and panel mounted gauges in models up to 2000 bar (200 MPa). All gauges are made of stainless steel, which makes them suitable for dirty and rugged environments. CEJN Pressure Gauges can be connected by means of a porting block.

CEJN’s extensive range of adapters is suitable for most couplings and hoses to ensure safe and trouble free connections, which is essential in all situations. All adapters are made of black-zinc plated steel and their working pressure varies between 100 MPa and 300 MPa.

CEJN’s Porting Blocks make it possible to utilise and connect several hydraulic lines from a single pump to numerous tools as well as the possibility of connecting a pressure gauge. Five different types of blocks are available, all made of black-zinc plated steel, and are offered in five different sizes and designs with a varying number of ports.
